Our training to support men in the workplace is designed to address the unique challenges and stigmas surrounding men's mental health in the workplace.

Men often face societal expectations to be strong, stoic, and self-reliant. These stereotypes can discourage men from seeking help and expressing vulnerabilities.

Mental Health statistics from many organisations, including HSE, Mind and The British Safety Council show the prevalence of mental health issues among men, including higher rates of suicide and substance abuse, which emphasises the need for targeted support.

- Strength and Resilience: Men are often taught to view emotional expressions as a sign of weakness, which can prevent them from seeking help.

 - Indirect Expression: Men might express distress through actions rather than words, such as changes in behavior or increased irritability.
- Reluctance to Share: Men might be less likely to openly discuss their feelings due to fear of judgment or misunderstanding.
