Resilience is not a trait that people either have or don’t have. It involves behaviours, thoughts and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone as long as they have the right knowledge and tools, and are willing to put in some time and commitment.

- This is a half day course delivered in person at a location suitable for your needs or online as you know what works for your people.
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.
- We limit numbers to 20 people per course to allow for rich discussion.
Everyone who completes the course gets:
- A certificate of attendance to say they are Mental Health Aware.
- Access to our online hub.
- An online manual to refer to whenever they need it.
- An online workbook including a helpful toolkit to support their own mental health.
